 Who are the stakeholders of my life?

Stakeholders are people who will determine the success (or not) of your life. They are the people who are interested in your life or essentially part of your life. So we must engage with them. Project Management is 80% communication and large proportion of that is with your stakeholders. Communicating with your parents, spouse, siblings, children or friends should be a vital to negotiate your goal. It is important so that they let you do what you want to do. 

Managing the engagement of stakeholder can be done in 5 steps. They are:
 
Step 1: Identify your stakeholder- Those who are part of your family and those who are outside of your family. We can categorize this "INTERNAL" and "EXTERNAL" 

INTERNAL - Your family, blood relations, far relations etc.,

EXTERNAL - Your friends, colleagues, customers or clients etc.,

Step 2: Analyze their preferences, fear and stake in your life. Categorize them with their influence and impact in your life

Step 3: Plan to influence - some of the stakeholders you need to take help, some to consult, some influence and some to keep informed on your goals and dreams. 

Step 4: Putting the step 3 (plan) into action

Step 5: Review- what did you learn or learning and how you can achieve your goals of life
