Avenger Cruise 220 DTS-i is one of the best cruiser category motorcycles from BAJAJ Auto Ltd in Indian subcontinent. The cruiser motorcycle made for long rides in tough terrain at same time offering the comfort to the rider with its long handle bar and relaxed leg position. Avenger 220 Cruise comes with a warranty of 5 years or 75000 kms whichever occurs earlier from the date of sales.

1.  Safety offered with Single channel Anti-Braking System (ABS) and Day time running light (DRL)

2.   The bike is designed in such a way that it is suitable for short height with its low hung seating and as well as long height riders with great leg room and longer front wheel shaft.

3. The Digital console has blue LED which look elegant. It comes with 2 trip meter and maintenance reminder in addition. Normal features are odometer and speedometer along with fuel indicator.

4.     Mileage is upto 35km/L in the city and upto 40km/L in highway

5.     Its long handle bar gives good grip on the road and easy to maneuver. At the same time it gives the rider the feel of cruiser biking. Cruiser bike basically are made up for highways so do not expect to be very comfortable in traffic although it does good job in overtaking.

2. Windshield protects you from dust and water splashes from vehicle at front. This I observed when compared to my other normal bike especially with small pebbles
3. During long drive protects considerably from wind blast especially during hot summer or cold winter.
4. Windshield is also a safety protection during crash.

How to do Self-Maintenance of Avenger Cruise 220

1. Dust the vehicle every day before taking out with a dry cloth first and then clean damp cloth. This will ensure there is no rust formation, protects the paint and avoid scratches.
2. Check the engine oil and brake oil level through the display. Normally this will not pose any challenge but it is good to check once in a week as a routine inspection. Consult authorized service advisor if you suspect level is low or leakage.
3. Tyre air pressure check is very important for the safety of the rider as well as long term endurance. The company recommended tyre pressure is below. But I personally prefer to go 2 PSI extra.

4. Water wash the bike once in a month to get rid of stubborn mud and dust sticking out unto. You can wash it yourself with bucket of water and soft sponge to remove dirt.
5. Greece the chain once in 3 months especially after rainy season to avoid wear and tear of the chain and smooth functioning.
